Our interchangeable hex hubs are made of steel and have 2 mounting surfaces (hex and round) for a more secure fit. Hubs are zinc plated and coated with gold chromate for double protection. Set screws are heat treated with black oxide and mounting screws are zinc plated, heat treated, pan slotted with locking serrations under head, and nylon patched for added locking strength. (Double locking device designed to grip into the threads without backing out.)
